Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will analyze business immigration needs, maintain client communications, and supervise legal support staff while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing and communicating options to address clients' business immigration needs
- Maintaining timely and accurate communications with clients throughout the application process
- Supervising and collaborating with supporting staff to ensure accurate preparation and filing of applications
Required qualifications
- Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
- 5+ years of business immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant visa matters and employment-based permanent residence matters
- Significant experience handling complex RFEs, NOIDs, and challenging case issues
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
