Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Associate Attorney, the full-time position will involve managing court appearances, depositions, and trials while collaborating with a growing team in the Inland Empire, offering hands-on mentorship and opportunities for professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients while building and nurturing relationships
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys, contributing to team growth and success
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of California
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload, from discovery through trial
