Seeking a California Licensed Associate Attorney, the remote Professional Responsibility Associate Attorney will manage professional malpractice litigation, including representing clients, conducting investigations, and drafting legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in professional malpractice litigation and defend against claims
- Conduct thorough investigations and case evaluations, reviewing legal documents and evidence
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests while managing all phases of litigation
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
- 3+ years of experience in professional malpractice litigation or related areas
- Proven trial experience in handling professional malpractice cases
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
