Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Associate Attorney with 3+ years of insurance defense experience, the full-time position will involve managing court appearances, depositions, and trials while working closely with an accomplished trial attorney in the Orange County office.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff, maintaining professional communication with clients and nurturing relationships
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in California
- 3-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
