To support a growing litigation team, the full-time California Licensed Associate Attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing case strategies and collaborating with colleagues in Fresno, California.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels, maintaining professional communication with clients
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of California
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload, from discovery through trial
