Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Associate Attorney with 3+ years of insurance defense experience, the full-time position will involve managing court appearances, depositions, and trial preparations while collaborating closely with a seasoned trial attorney in the Orange County office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients while building and nurturing relationships
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success through collaboration

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of California
• 3-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
