Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed Associate Therapist will provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions, manage a caseload of clients, and collaborate with a dedicated support team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide weekly virtual therapy sessions to a diverse client base
- Conduct a minimum of 27 billable sessions per week and complete all required documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative support teams to enhance client care
Required qualifications
- Must be a Registered Behavioral Health Practitioner in California (APCC, AMFT, ACSW, Registered Psychological Assistant)
- Must have accrued a minimum of 2000 experience hours
- Must adhere to all industry legal and ethical standards
- Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions
- Must be available for a 40-hour work week
