Job Summary

To support a diverse commercial client base, the fully remote California Licensed Audit Senior will manage audit engagements, oversee team activities, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage audit engagement planning, including timelines and team coordination
• Oversee all phases of audit engagements, from planning to financial statement preparation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, supporting their professional development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Active CPA license or progress toward CPA licensure
• 3+ years of audit experience at a small or regional public accounting firm
• Diverse commercial client industry experience (e.g., construction, real estate, healthcare)
• High level of professionalism and a client-focused mindset
