Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed AV Production Engineer, the hybrid full-time position will manage high-visibility corporate broadcasts, ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of global meeting spaces while collaborating with IT, Marketing, and Facilities teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the technical owner for corporate conference rooms, ensuring high uptime and optimal AV fidelity through maintenance and troubleshooting
- Direct the production lifecycle for company broadcasts, managing video switchers, audio consoles, lighting, and cameras
- Lead technical rehearsals and pre-production reviews for executive broadcasts, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in corporate AV systems engineering or live broadcast production operations
- Advanced proficiency with Zoom Rooms, Google Workspace, and related workplace collaboration technologies
- Proven experience diagnosing and configuring live production and conference room equipment
- Experience collaborating with facilities teams to manage and maintain meeting spaces across multiple locations
- Strong composure and executive presence during high-visibility live broadcasts
