Seeking a California Licensed Bad Faith Attorney, the full-time hybrid position will engage in complex litigation involving insurance coverage and bad faith claims, requiring in-person court appearances and opportunities for professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage litigation involving first party property claims and UM/UIM claims
- Engage in complex litigation in both state and federal courts
- Participate in client interactions, hearings, depositions, and trials
Required qualifications
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California
- 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in insurance coverage and bad faith law
- Experience with litigation involving coverage disputes and insurance agents/brokers
- Trial experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
