California Licensed BCBA Supervisor

Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the California Licensed BCBA Supervisor will oversee telehealth and in-person sessions, manage a caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, and facilitate caregiver training and social skills groups.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and student analysts while managing a real caseload of clients
• Conduct caregiver training and facilitate social skills groups
• Ensure a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week with a focus on evidence-based practices

Required qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Fluency in Behavior Skills Training (BST) and caregiver-mediated treatment
• Ability to adapt supervision techniques to individual needs
• Proficiency in managing time and documentation independently
