California Licensed BCBA Supervisor

Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the California Licensed BCBA Supervisor will manage a caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, run caregiver training, and facilitate social skills groups while ensuring a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes
• Supervise and train RBTs and student analysts, adapting supervision to individual needs
• Facilitate caregiver training and social skills groups to enhance client outcomes

Required qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Fluency in Behavior Skills Training (BST) and caregiver-mediated treatment
• Ability to pursue current evidence-based practices independently
• Strong time management and documentation skills
