Job Summary
A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to make a lasting impact on children with developmental differences
- Manage a flexible schedule for supervising cases and focus on clinical care while administrative tasks are handled by support staff
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
