California Licensed Behavior Technician

Job Summary

Supporting both administrative operations and direct clinical services, the full-time California Licensed Behavior Technician will manage daily scheduling coordination in the morning and provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to clients in the afternoon and evening, with a work arrangement that is 50% in-home and 50% remote.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily staff and client scheduling coordination, monitoring cancellations and coverage needs
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients, implementing individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and collect session data for therapy sessions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Previous ABA or scheduling/administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and technology platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
