Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote full-time capacity, the California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise and train staff in conducting assessments, provide diagnoses, and ensure high-quality care for patients, while also managing program development and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Train team members on clinical assessments, treatment planning, and regulatory compliance to enhance patient care quality
- Lead program development and management, monitoring effectiveness and recommending improvements for therapy services
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in treatment planning and behavioral health
- California Psychologist License or equivalent behavioral health certification required at hire
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
