Job Summary
To support a dedicated team in behavioral health, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will train staff in assessments and diagnoses, supervise team activities, and ensure high-quality patient care while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Lead team training on treatment planning, compliance guidelines, and quality care practices
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements for clinical programs
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or a relevant healthcare field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- California Psychologist License, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
