California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

To enhance team performance and patient care, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise a remote team, conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while also delivering direct psychotherapeutic services as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Lead the training and development of team members in conducting assessments and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor and improve the quality and effectiveness of therapy programs, advocating for patient care and addressing care issues

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or a relevant healthcare field
• Psychologist License (California) or equivalent required at hire
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• National Provider Identifier required at hire
