Job Summary
Supervising a team of behavioral health professionals, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will train staff in assessments and diagnoses, oversee care quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Lead team training on assessment protocols and provide direct psychotherapeutic services as needed
- Monitor and enhance the quality and effectiveness of therapy programs, recommending improvements and managing provider schedules
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in treatment planning and behavioral health
- California Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
