Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote full-time capacity, the California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise assessments, provide diagnoses, and ensure high-quality care while advocating for patients and managing team performance in a behavioral health setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Train team members on conducting assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor and improve the quality and effectiveness of therapy programs and patient care services
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in treatment planning and behavioral health
- California Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
