Job Summary
To enhance team performance in behavioral health, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise staff, conduct training, and ensure high-quality patient care while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Lead team training on assessments, treatment planning, and regulatory compliance to improve patient care quality
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs, recommending adjustments to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in treatment planning
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- California Psychologist License, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
