Job Summary
To enhance team effectiveness in delivering behavioral health services, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise and train staff, conduct assessments, and manage patient care processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and effective execution of care plans
- Lead training initiatives to enhance team skills in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor and improve the quality of clinical services, advocating for patients and addressing care issues as they arise
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- California Psychologist License, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or relevant healthcare field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
