Job Summary
Leading a team of behavioral health professionals, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise assessments, provide training, and ensure high-quality care for patients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members in conducting assessments and implementing treatment plans
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of clinical programs, making recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while providing direct psychotherapeutic services as needed
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in treatment planning and behavioral health
- California Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
