Job Summary
Leading a team in delivering high-quality behavioral health services, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise assessments, provide training, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Train team members on conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct psychotherapeutic services as needed
- Monitor and enhance the quality and effectiveness of behavioral health programs, advocating for patient care and resolving complaints
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in treatment planning and behavioral health
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- California Psychologist License, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or Board Certified Behavior Analyst required at hire
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
