Job Summary
To enhance team performance in behavioral health services, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise and train staff in conducting assessments, provide feedback on treatment plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Lead the team in conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing high-quality care to members/patients
- Monitor team performance and program effectiveness, recommending improvements and training on best practices and compliance guidelines
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in treatment planning and behavioral health
- California Psychologist License, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience in a relevant role
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
