Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise assessments, provide training, and ensure high-quality care for patients with chemical dependency, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring compliance with policies and effective execution of care plans
- Train team members on assessment protocols and regulatory guidelines while providing feedback to enhance performance and patient care
- Monitor and improve the quality of therapy programs, recommending adjustments to enhance service effectiveness and patient outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in treatment planning and behavioral health
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- California Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
