Job Summary
To enhance team performance in behavioral health, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise and train team members in assessments and treatment planning, advocate for patient care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and effective execution of treatment plans
- Lead training initiatives for team members on assessment protocols, compliance guidelines, and quality care practices
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of therapy programs, recommending improvements as necessary
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- California Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or a relevant healthcare field
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
