California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

To lead a dedicated team in providing high-quality behavioral health services, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise assessments, manage treatment plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure effective delivery of behavioral health services and compliance with policies
• Train team members on assessment procedures, treatment planning, and regulatory guidelines to enhance service quality
• Lead patient evaluations and diagnoses, developing evidence-based treatment plans while advocating for member/patient care

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in treatment planning and behavioral health
• At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• California Psychologist License or equivalent required at hire
• National Provider Identifier required at hire
