Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote full-time capacity, the California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise assessments, provide diagnoses, and ensure high-quality care while training team members on compliance and treatment protocols.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Lead the team in advocating for patients, addressing care issues, and implementing feedback for improved service quality
- Train team members on regulatory guidelines and oversee the completion of documentation and records to maintain compliance
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in treatment planning
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- California Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
