Job Summary
To lead a dedicated team in providing high-quality behavioral health services, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise assessments, manage treatment plans, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises team members, providing feedback and training to enhance performance and ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of clinical programs, recommending adjustments to improve service delivery
- Ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines, overseeing documentation and reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in treatment planning
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- California Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
