Job Summary
To enhance team performance and client care, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise and train a remote team in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while also providing direct psychotherapeutic services as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and effective execution of care plans
- Train team members on assessment protocols and provide feedback during psychological interventions to maintain high-quality counseling services
- Lead program development by monitoring the effectiveness of therapy programs and recommending adjustments to improve service delivery
Required qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field with at least two (2) years of experience in behavioral health
- California Psychologist License, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in treatment planning
