Job Summary
To enhance team performance in behavioral health, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise team members, conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and ensure high-quality care while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Lead team training on assessment and treatment planning, while monitoring the quality and effectiveness of programs
- Advocate for members/patients by addressing care issues, implementing feedback, and managing complaint resolutions
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or relevant healthcare field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- California Psychologist License, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
