Job Summary
To enhance team effectiveness in behavioral health services, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise and train staff, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of the team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while monitoring performance and addressing escalated issues
- Lead team training on assessment techniques and treatment planning, ensuring high-quality counseling services and effective patient advocacy
- Manage program development by evaluating team performance and recommending improvements to therapy programs and clinical protocols
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or relevant healthcare field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- California Psychologist License, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
