California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team in a full-time remote capacity, the California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise assessments, provide training, and ensure high-quality care for patients with chemical dependency while managing compliance and program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and effective communication
• Train team members on assessment protocols and evidence-based treatment plans, while monitoring clinical interventions for high-risk situations
• Lead program development and management, recommending adjustments to improve service impact and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or a relevant healthcare field
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• California Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
• National Provider Identifier required at hire
