California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

To enhance team performance in behavioral health, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise assessments, provide training for team members, and ensure high-quality patient care while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of the team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Leads the team in conducting patient assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans
• Trains team members on compliance with regulatory guidelines and monitors the quality of counseling services

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in treatment planning
• California Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor required at hire
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• National Provider Identifier required at hire
