California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote, full-time capacity, the California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise team members, conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and ensure high-quality care for patients while managing compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the behavioral health team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Train team members on assessment and treatment planning, while monitoring quality and effectiveness of therapy programs
• Advocate for patients by addressing care issues, implementing feedback, and managing referrals to appropriate services

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in treatment planning and behavioral health
• Psychologist License, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California required at hire
• At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• National Provider Identifier required at hire
