- Communicates coverage details and outcomes to Patient Access staff to support timely onboarding
- Assists Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related field
- Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
