Job Summary
As a fully remote opportunity, the California Licensed Bilingual Account Executive will utilize a consultative sales approach to grow Toast's presence within Spanish cuisine restaurants by converting inbound demand, generating new opportunities, and building trusted relationships with restaurateurs.
Key responsibilities
- Following up on marketing qualified leads and conducting discovery calls in Spanish
- Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in the customer's preferred language
- Ensuring successful onboarding for customers post-sale and understanding the competitive landscape
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish
- 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- General technical proficiency with software
