Job Summary

To support a nationwide virtual practice, the full-time California Licensed Bilingual Therapist will deliver high-quality psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults, managing a flexible schedule while working remotely and benefiting from comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools

Required Qualifications

• Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
