Job Summary

Managing a caseload of highly complex, attorney-represented bodily injury claims, the fully remote California Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will handle claims from initial notice of loss through final resolution, including coverage analysis, liability investigation, and settlement negotiations.

Key responsibilities:

• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims, including coverage, damages, subrogation, and litigation
• Conducts coverage analysis and liability investigations to evaluate claims effectively
• Negotiates settlements with attorneys and other involved parties to achieve favorable outcomes

Required qualifications:

• California Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster certification
• Experience handling complex claims involving attorney representation and severe injury exposure
• Strong analytical and investigative skills related to liability and coverage issues
• Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving timely and fair claim resolutions
• Ability to work independently and manage high-exposure claims from start to finish
