California Licensed Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support healthcare operations, the remote California Licensed Business Analyst will analyze claims processing trends, produce various reports, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership while collaborating with clients and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims processing trends and recommend improvements to business processes
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for Claims Operations
- Facilitate communication between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and track business requirements
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data analytics, healthcare operations, or claims processing
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and quantitative analysis tools
- Experience creating operational dashboards and management reports
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities
- Effective written and oral communication skills for presenting to business leaders and clients
