Job Summary

Managing a diverse caseload of business litigation matters, the full-time California Licensed Business Litigation Attorney will handle cases from inception to resolution, including drafting legal documents, taking depositions, and negotiating settlements, all in a fully remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 20 to 30 business litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on strategy and next steps

Required qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Experience taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, and handling mediations
• Proven ability to manage cases from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Strong client communication skills, particularly with business owners and families in contentious disputes
