Job Summary
To support a growing IT department, the full-time salaried California Licensed Business Systems Analyst will manage the Software Development Lifecycle for data warehousing and reporting solutions, collaborating with business and technical teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and document functional specifications for data-related projects
- Drive discussions between business and IT stakeholders to identify functional gaps and recommend enhancements
- Prepare and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs while documenting processes and training materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in business requirements analysis and data analysis
- Strong understanding of state and federal compliance regulations related to credit unions
- Experience with enterprise business intelligence tools for reporting and analysis
- Ability to mentor and train other Business Systems Analysts as needed
