California Licensed Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with business and IT teams, the full-time California Licensed Business Systems Analyst will oversee the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise software solutions, drive requirements discussions, and provide analytical support, all while working remotely in California.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Software Development Lifecycle by analyzing business needs and creating detailed documentation
- Facilitate joint business/IT discussions and stakeholder reviews to ensure effective requirements gathering
- Provide Tier 2 application support and troubleshoot issues to maintain day-to-day operations of enterprise software solutions
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial or health services, including technical business analysis and process improvement
- Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps) strongly preferred
