California Licensed Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support enterprise-wide software solutions, the full-time California Licensed Business Systems Analyst will oversee the Software Development Lifecycle, drive requirements discussions, and provide analytical solutions while working remotely from California.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle by analyzing and documenting business unit needs
- Drive joint business/IT requirements discussions and support Agile practices in project implementation
- Provide Tier 1 application support and manage operational requests for enterprise-wide software solutions
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial or health services with a focus on technical business analysis
- Experience in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps) strongly preferred
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 2-year degree required
