Job Summary
To support the growth of clinical solutions, the full-time California Licensed Care Clinician will provide clinical expertise, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and engage in customer support and implementation activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise on the safe and effective use of Front Line Care products, focusing on key quality metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical decision-makers and support retention activities in assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement clinical solutions and conduct educational workshops and clinical troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- Current RN, CCRN, APRN, or other relevant nursing certifications as per state requirements
- Experience in clinical support and customer engagement within healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of Hospital Acquired Conditions (CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, Fall Prevention)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Experience in conducting clinical evaluations and educational sessions
