California Licensed Care Guide Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical team, the full-time California Licensed Care Guide Lead will manage a caseload of up to 40 active members while leading a pod of 5-7 Care Guide RNs, focusing on performance management, clinical education, and quality oversight in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop the performance of 5-7 Care Guide RNs, including conducting evaluations and providing coaching
• Carry a personal caseload of up to 40 active members, delivering medication education and conducting clinical check-ins
• Serve as the first clinical escalation point for complex questions and monitor pod-level quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• 5+ years of clinical experience, including 2-3 years in infusion therapy or specialty nursing
• At least 6 months of experience as a Care Guide or equivalent patient coordination experience at the RN level
• Prior experience managing or formally evaluating clinical staff
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fully remote environment
