Providing comprehensive case management for employees navigating leave of absence and disability events, the part-time California Licensed Case Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for 150-200 cases, addressing inquiries, reviewing medical documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and respond to inquiries regarding leave and disability benefits
- Review medical documentation and adjudicate leaves in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
- Facilitate smooth transitions for employees returning to work and communicate updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience in case management
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
