Job Summary
Supporting one or more Client Managers, the full-time California Licensed Certificate Specialist will manage insurance endorsements, issue proofs of insurance, and maintain client documentation in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Understand contractual language and order specific AI endorsements while communicating with clients and underwriting
- Issue proofs of insurance and gather necessary documentation for new and renewal marketing
- Process endorsement transactions and review binders, policies, and audits for accuracy before delivery to clients
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of industry experience related to the role
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Applied Epic preferred
- Familiarity with Construction risks in California preferred
