California Licensed Change Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Change Engineer for a temporary remote position, who will provide technical leadership for a global Change and Configuration Management evolution program, focusing on the migration from Cadence to ServiceNow and ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Change and Configuration Management transformation program, acting as a liaison between various teams and stakeholders
- Support team-by-team migration from Cadence to ServiceNow, validating CMDB readiness and participating in migration planning
- Review and refine the ServiceNow CMDB data model, ensuring alignment with governance processes and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in implementing or transforming enterprise Change and Configuration Management processes, preferably within ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM implementations
- Strong understanding of CMDB governance and data quality management
- Experience integrating multiple infrastructure and application data sources
- Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, and Configuration Management
