California Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims in a fully remote capacity, the California Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims arising from automobile accidents while managing a high-volume caseload during Pacific time zone hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigate all aspects of bodily injury claims, including coverage, damages, subrogation, and litigation
• Apply an intermediate understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to claims management
• Identify customer needs and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strong file quality

Required qualifications:

• California Claims Adjuster License
• Experience handling complex bodily injury claims and working with plaintiff attorneys
• Strong understanding of liability investigations and injury evaluations
• Ability to work 8am-5pm Pacific time zone hours
• Familiarity with subrogation and fraud potential in claims management
